Best Cabo San Lucas adults-only all-inclusive resorts
Cabo San Lucas is the town at the tip of the Baja California Peninsula. Staying in this area means easy access to famous Medano Beach, the area’s main swimming beach.
Plus, you’re in Cabo, so you need to take boat tours to see things like the famous Arch, and they all leave from this area.
1) Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort

If you’re looking for romance with a side of relaxation, the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort is a great spot.
We’re not the only ones who feel this way. Travel + Leisure named it one of the world’s most romantic all-inclusive resorts.
It was one of the first adults-only all-inclusive resorts in Cabo we stayed in – and it convinced us that all-inclusive doesn’t mean long buffet lines and watered-down drinks.
The Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is casually elegant. But it’s not stuffy, so you’ll be just as comfortable in your sundress and flip-flops as a little black dress and kitten heels.
The 201-room retreat is nestled on a private beach on the Pacific side (not swimmable). But if you want to go to Medano Beach to swim in the ocean (on the Sea of Cortez side), there’s a free shuttle.
To elevate your experience, there are 47 rooms in the Towers, a resort within the resort. These ultra-luxurious rooms take it up a notch with 24-hour butler service and exclusive access to an oceanfront VIP lounge.

It’s not like the rest of the rooms are something to sneeze at though. They’re also stunning, with onyx details and native woods throughout the neutral palette.
There are numerous restaurant options for unlimited dining plus a spa worth writing home about.
The spa is also the perfect place to spend the afternoon after your 18-holes on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course at the associated Quivira Golf Club.
- Best for: Couples seeking a quiet, laid-back luxury stay (not super expensive) with easy access to golf and Medano Beach will love it here.
- TripAdvisor rating: 4.5 out of 5
- Cost: $$

2) Breathless Cabo San Lucas

Breathless is the antithesis of Pueblo Bonita Pacifica (see #1).
It’s not that it isn’t romantic. But Breathless Cabo San Lucas is more about being social and meeting people than having quiet nights alone under the stars.
It’s a high-energy spot with DJ pool parties and a happening beach club.
If that’s not enough, plenty of fun activities are scheduled throughout the day. How about a tequila tasting? Mixology class? Or a burlesque show?
Not for you?
Then why not just chill at the two infinity pools while taking in the scenery of Medano Beach or the marina.

Your all-inclusive package includes all the food and drink you could dream of. Scratch that. It’s probably more than you could dream up.
With seven dining options and four chic bars and lounges, you’ll have no problem being satiated. And there is 24-hour room service.
Plus, the location is tops – just a 5-minute walk to Cabo San Lucas town.
Breathless is one of the top adults-only Cabo San Lucas all-inclusive resorts if you want to blend a vivacious party vibe with some relaxation.
- Best For: People who like to be social while on their holiday – it’s great for group getaways and fantastic friend-cations, not just couples.
- TripAdvisor rating: 4.5 out of 5
- Cost: $

3) Hotel Riu Palace Baja California

This massive 600-room all-inclusive is set directly on Medano Beach, a bustling stretch of beach near the heart of Cabo San Lucas town.
With 24-hour room service, loads of daily entertainment and a couple of large pools, it’s easy to kick back and unwind. Or join the party scene.
And there are more restaurant options than you’ll likely have nights.
All rooms have private balconies or terraces to sip your all-inclusive top-shelf drinks and watch for whales (in season).

To elevate your experience, book one of the Elite Club suites. They give you exclusive access to a special pool deck area with Bali beds, a private lounge bar and a VIP specialty restaurant.
More good news: The Riu Palace Baja California is one of the most affordable of the adults-only Cabo all-inclusive resorts on our list here.
- Best For: All-inclusive lovers who don’t want to take out a loan to have a wonderful vacation. It may not be the most romantic all-inclusive Cabo San Lucas resort for adults. Unless you book Elite Club, we think this resort is better for groups of friends or single people looking to be social.
- TripAdvisor rating: 4 out of 5
- Cost: $

Best adults-only Los cabos all-inclusive resorts along the Tourist Corridor
Between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, the Tourist Corridor has some of the best all-inclusive resorts in Los Cabos.
Note that you can’t safely swim in the sea at most resorts along the Corridor.
4) Grand Velas Los Cabos

When a hotel has a $25,000 taco on the menu, you’ve got to know the wow factor is, shall we say, over-the-top-wow.
We’ve spent a lot of time in high-end hotels in Los Cabos, but the Grand Velas Los Cabos shocked us. In the best way possible.
With a staff-to-guest ratio of 3 to 1, it’s our favorite 5-star all-inclusive Cabo resort.
Now, it’s not just for adults. Families are welcome too.
But it has an adult vibe when kids are in school. (We never saw a child at the resort once during our stay.) And it has several areas only for adults, including the Serenity Pool and two restaurants.
After gladly accepting the three-minute mini massage, the gold-chocolate-dipped strawberries and the cut glass bottle of Grand Velas Tequila, we were hooked.
Raise one eyeball from your book at the adults-only pool, and your pool butler will come to see what you need. If it’s not already on the way… We swear the staff reads minds.

While here, you must try their world-class spa. It’s 35,000 square feet of pure indulgence.
But at Grand Velas, relaxation is just the beginning.
In true Mexican mother form, they want you to eat. And eat well.
And so, we did. With eight gourmet restaurants, we tried everything from the raw seafood bar to foie gras and Kobe beef. The food at the Grand Velas’ restaurants is amazing.
But you know what we didn’t try? That $25k golden taco. It’s not included in the all-inclusive menu.
- Best For: People who don’t want to lift a finger, other than to sip fine tequila.
- TripAdvisor rating: 5 out of 5
- Cost: $$$$

We can’t wait to visit the hot new Grand Velas hotel!
For the Grand Velas experience at a completely adults-only resort, the all-inclusive Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos has just opened. It looks like a winner!
5) Marquis Los Cabos

The Marquis Los Cabos is an exclusive sanctuary where it’s all about paying attention to the little things.
The hotel is modern and sensual, and the angel sculptures and flower mandalas are as eye-catching as the glittering Sea of Cortez.
Wandering around the property, we were awed by the vistas, inside and out. The art. The furnishings. The architecture. Flawless.
All 234 spacious suites and rooms reflect a contemporary Mexican décor and come with an ocean-view balcony and L’Occitane bath products. Terra cotta details add to the room’s warmth.
Splurge for one of the casitas with a private plunge pool overlooking the sea. They’re ideal for stargazing and skinny dipping under the cover of stars.
Restaurants? Dine on mouth-watering cuisine from Mexican to sushi at five restaurants and a deli-café.
This all-inclusive adults-only resort isn’t on the most swimmable beach, but the three beachfront pools make up for it.

It’s also one of the few resorts in Cabo that isn’t a timeshare property – it’s pure hotel, so no pesky timeshare agents asking for your time!
- Best For: Couples and honeymooners who love unique design elements and are looking for a relaxing but luxurious experience.
- TripAdvisor rating: 4.5 out of 5
- Cost: $$$

6) Paradisus Los Cabos

Ready to get something extra?
Of course, you are. You’re reading our post about the best Cabo all-inclusive resorts for adults!
So, let’s get some extra goodies.
Don’t just book any room at Paradisus Los Cabos. Select “The Reserve” upgrade and take your vacation to the next level.
You’ll get an upgraded oversized suite with an aromatherapy menu and turndown service. You can even choose one of the resort’s rooms with direct swim-up pool access.
You’ll also have access to exclusive adult-only amenities, restaurants and experiences – things like a private concierge, heated pool and secluded areas in the resort.
Additionally, you’ll receive a special water ritual at the spa and a private tour to a canyon for a yoga class surrounded by nature.
Head to the YHI Spa for an opulent couple’s hydrotherapy spa treatment or spend the day luxuriating at the sweeping free-form pool surrounded by palms.
And if you’re a beach baby, Paradisus is on one of the few swimmable beaches in Los Cabos, Tequila Cove Beach.
- Best For: Couples who like extra benefits at a good price point. It’s not top-of-the-line luxury like the Grand Velas (see #4) but the price isn’t over-the-top either. And its swimming beach with umbrellas and bar service is a deal maker for many.
- TripAdvisor rating: 4.5 out of 5
- Cost: $$

7) Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos

As you enter this all-inclusive adults-only resort in Cabo, the marble lobby sets the scene for the uber-chic coolness of Le Blanc Spa Resort.
This is a luxury resort through and through. No request is too big. Just ask your butler.
Get a sea view room to watch the waves roll in while sipping your favorite tequila, rose, bubbly – or whatever your heart desires. It’s all-inclusive, remember?
There are five bars. Not just any bars, but the kind tended to by mixologists. Want some crazy rosemary bourbon concoction? Ok. It’s yours. Just want a margarita? Easy.
After you imbibe, choose one of the eight onsite restaurants to satisfy your taste buds.
And to top it off, the award-winning spa and daily activities will keep you as active as you want. (Pssst! Don’t miss the free hydrotherapy “water journey” in the spa – you can do it every day if you want!)
But no one would blame you if you can’t tear yourself away from the swim-up bar or infinity pool.
- Best For: Couples and groups who want their every whim tended to without a stuffy vibe – it’s one of the best 5-star all-inclusive resorts in Cabo. Mature couples will feel comfortable here (unlike, say, at Breathless – see #2).
- TripAdvisor rating: 5 out of 5
- Cost: $$$$

8) Dreams Los Cabos

Dreams Los Cabos is one of the more popular all-inclusive resorts in Cabo for adults. It is laid-back elegance without breaking the bank. And it’s small-dog friendly, so you and your pup can vacation together.
It’s not only for adults. But if you go when families aren’t vacationing with school-age kids, you’ll find it mostly adult-oriented.
All 308 upscale suites have lovely balconies and stocked minibars. The sand-colored marble and dark wood furniture give the room a traditional atmosphere.
The quiet adult-only pool has Manatees Bar, a swim-up bar with a mixologist waiting to create something just for you. The other pool has a daily DJ, so it has more of a festive atmosphere.
There are seven restaurants and four top-shelf bars included in the all-inclusive package.
And to work off some of the food, you have outdoor yoga classes, tennis courts and a full gym at your disposal. Then you can head to the spa to ensure your holiday is the perfect balance of sweating out the bad and absorbing all the good.
- Best For: Young couples who want an upscale party vibe without it being too raucous.
- TripAdvisor rating: 4.5 out of 5
- Cost: $$

Best San Jose del Cabo all-inclusive resorts for adults
Head northeast along the Tourist Corridor to the adorable town of San Jose del Cabo. It has some of the best places to stay in Cabo for adults who want to escape Cabo San Lucas’ crowds.
9) Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos

The Hyatt Ziva is an upscale all-inclusive in San Jose del Cabo. It’s on a lovely beach, but it’s not swimmable – good for a long walk, though.
It’s the third all-inclusive resort in Cabo on our list that’s not limited to adults. But again, it’s popular with couples and adult friends.
Cool down in the large adults-only boozy pool with chaise loungers resting in the shallows.
You won’t need to leave your chair for a thing, unless you need to use the bathroom. And in that case, please leave the pool.
Sit near a floating fire pit, listen to live music and sip exotic cocktails before heading to dinner in one of the seven onsite restaurants – one for every day of the week.
The rooms are modern and clean, with rain showers and furnished balconies. Some overlook the ocean.
The spa is worth a day or two (yep, we mean that) for its hydrotherapy pools and outdoor treatment cabanas.
- Best For: People looking for upscale elegance, friendly service and a just-right vibe.
- TripAdvisor rating: 4.5 out of 5
- Cost: $$$

10) Secrets Puerto Los Cabos

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort is one of the best all-inclusive resorts in Cabo for couples.
It’s romantic. It’s luxe. And it’s exclusive.
Many destination weddings are held at Secrets Resorts. Therefore, expect a lively vibe.
If you prefer something quieter, step up your game by booking a suite in the Preferred Club, with its top-tier all-inclusive package. It will give you access to a private and more intimate infinity pool, upgraded minibar, more deluxe toiletries and afternoon hors d’oeuvres.
All suites have traditional Mexican décor with modern amenities like Nespresso machines and jetted hot tubs.
If you want to be active, there are two 9-hole golf courses, a well-equipped gym, cooking classes, tequila tastings and outdoor movie nights.
And let’s not forget the epic spa – a resort highlight.
- Best For: Couples and honeymooners who want opulence without worrying about what’s in their wallet.
- TripAdvisor rating: 4.5 out of 5
- Cost: $$$
